Accounts Associate/Senior Associate - Internal Finance
Department: Finova Internal Finance
Position Summary
This is an internal role working in a professional corporate service, and real estate company. We are looking for someone who is experience, hands-on to the accounting operating groundwork, responsible to statutory and management reporting for multiple entities in the Group, within the same timeline.
Job Responsibilities
- Preparing full sets of accounts for multiple entities in the Group.
- Hands on from issuance of invoices to clients, accounts receivables follow up, prepare journal entries for month end closing, and monthly management report (ie updating accounts schedules, reconciliations, to data analysis and all necessaries).
- Monitor and manage entities’ cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity to support business operations, and preparation of online bank payments.
- Calculating and in charge of inter companies’ billings.
- Preparing GST reports and filing, XBRL etc.
- Prepare financial data to support tax submissions by tax agent and other government declarations.
- Support periodic Group Reporting requirements for own portfolios.
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Supporting statutory audit, internal audit, budget exercise and all finance compliance matters.
- Assisting in policies updating, reports improvement and processes efficiency.
- Assisting in any ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in corporate service and real estate businesses will be added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, accounting software such as Xero and Oracle will be added advantage.
- Self-motivated, positive working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Good interpersonal skills and self-driven.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive professional to be part of our finance team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support in accounting, reporting and finance operations, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal standards. In addition, the candidate may be assigned to support our clients in the financial sector, delivering high-quality accounting and operational assistance aligned with client needs and expectations.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants;
- Handle Month end closing for a portfolio of companies;
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages;
- Handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll;
- Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts;
- Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;
- Assist in providing financial management services;
- Solve complex accounting issues from time to time;
- Assist in consultancy and business advisory projects;
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- At least 1 year experience in external audit, accounting outsourcing practice and/or fund administration & fund accounting service provider.
- Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CPA or their equivalent;
- Have clear thinking, committed, meticulous, good time management, resourceful, proactive, able to work independently, effective verbal and written communication skill, honest and resilient.
- Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
- IT skillset, knowledge of accounting software, RPA and other modern automation tools are highly desired.

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive professional to be part of our finance team. 1. Accounting and Bookkeeping Support
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process journal entries, reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
2. Annual Statutory Audit Support
- Prepare schedules, documentation and reports required for external audits.
- Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory audits.
3. Periodic MAS Reporting
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in compliance with requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all regulatory filings.
4. Finance Operations and Reporting Assistance
- Support preparation of management reports, financial statements and variance analyses.
- Assist in monitoring cash flow, expenses and operational budgets.
5. Other Agreed Professional or Operational Tasks
- Undertake ad-hoc projects, process improvements and assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in financial services or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, audit processes, and MAS regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
